If you wish to discuss your requirements with a bookings clerk then please feel free to contact us on 01285 711571 or call into the centre any weekday morning.
Once we have a signed booking form, we will send you a booking confirmation and if necessary, details of any deposits required prior to the event.
Please call the centre at least 48 hours prior to your event to discuss access into the building.
Please ensure that the rooms are left as you found them and that all tables, chairs etc are packed away and the room is left clean and tidy. If you wish to use the cleaning service then please let us know, there is an additional charge for this.
Please note that by booking a room at the centre you are accepting our Conditions of Hire. FCC Ltd reserves the right to amend, update or alter these conditions at anytime and you agree to be bound by such alterations.
Sale of Alcohol
The Hirer is to inform the Trustees if it is proposed that alcoholic drinks are to be available at the event. No retail sale of alcohol may be undertaken by the HIRER except with the written permission of the TRUSTEES and with the appropriate licence. Sale of Alcohol includes where Alcohol is sold as part of a ticket for an event or where it is included as a prize in a raffle where tickets are sold prior to the event. Alcohol should not be stored or left in the building. For further information please refer to section 8 of the FCC Ltd Management Plan, this is available by contacting the FCC office.
